Poatek is an IT boutique, based in Porto Alegre, São Paulo, Miami and Lisbon, which concentrates the top 1% of technology talent. In addition to providing smart IT solutions, it uses technology as a tool to connect academia to the market and invest in good ideas, through Poatek Academy and Poatek Ventures. It is a company that thinks big and on a global scale, is innovative and wants to transform the world through technology.

Poatek approached us to develop the repositioning and redesign project for the Poatek brand and its subsidiaries, Poatek Academy and Poatek Ventures. Since the beginning of the project, Poatek focus has always been on the team, attracting and retaining top talent in the market. The main symbol of the brand, the balloon, was kept, but all the visual communication and positioning was developed to keep the Poatekers in the spotlight, with a brand that respects its legacy but updated for the new moment of the company.
